Narciso Rodriguez - Fashion Design

Vogue Magazine's Sally Singer published her list of best new fashion design lines for the upcoming spring. I do not claim to know how to critique fashion design all that well, but of the designers on her list, Narciso Rodriguez seemed to stand out. He seemed to really play with the effect of the innovative lines in the upper torso and how it seemed to change the proportions and perceptions of the body.
