Hudson Hotel - Hospitality Design

I have been hearing about the Hudson Hotel that Philippe Starck helped designed but dismissed it as a gimmick. However, a friend of mine stayed there recently and said it was actually a pretty nice place. I'm not a fan of celebrity designers, but the place at least generated some nice looking photos.
