"They" Vs. Designers

Designers are funny because we are inherently egotistical. Having acknowledged this shortcoming, I do believe that the design process is under used in areas outside of design especially in business. Chris Conley, Director of the graduate program at the Design Institute wrote an article about this "They" vs. The Designer mentality where designers feel trapped into their art and design corner against the rest of the company instead of being total business innovators and an asset.
