David Sedaris (a rare post about literature)

I highly recommend checking out one of David Sedaris' books (his most well known was is Me Talk Pretty One Day). The only thing I recommend more than one of his books are the MP3's from Itunes of him reading his books. He adds so much by reading his own novels (which all tell experiences from his own life), he's fantastic. The other thing I commend Sedaris for his is funny/sad/insightful story telling about his days as a performance artist. It shed light on the performance art world in an interesting, new, and satirical way.
