Web Design - Good Style

Just Watch the Sky seems to be a forerunner of a certain web style that I can't really define or put into words, it's just something about the slight gradients in backgrounds and distinct boarders around things that give it enough depth without trying to be 3-dimensional. I just know that it's great. He's made some sites that you've probably seen like PureVolume.com. The other cool thing about this guy is that he appears to be a Christian from some of the things he's said on his website.
