360 Degree Photos

This guy has taken panorama shots to a new level. His shots are 360 degrees in all angles (spherical). No seams, so moving objects repeats, little distortion.--wonderful stuff. I'm so glad he added the abiguous audio too, perfect touch.

This is how he's done it: First he has a Nikon D100 coupled with a Nikkor 10.5 mm or a Nikkor 12-24 mm DX lenses, this is all mounted onto a monopod with a spin device he bought from Kaidan in the last century. This is all stitched on a mac using PTMac and it usually takes 6+2 shots and a couple of hours, sometimes much more depending on the action, to produce a fullscreen panorama.
